Here’s how the refund process works:

1. What’s Covered

• If your student purchases the Jeanius Blueprint ($247), you are eligible for a full refund of the Blueprint portion if they are denied admission from all three of their Top 3 schools.
  
• If your student purchases the Jeanius Essay Package ($997), you are eligible for a partial refund of $697 (the Blueprint portion + coaching support). The remaining $300 covers the writing coach’s time and is non-refundable.
  

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the refund, all of the following must be true:

• During registration, you listed your student’s Top 3 schools.
  
• Your student completed the Jeanius process (completed the Blueprint, met with the Advisor, and completed the writing Coaching sessions).
  
• Your student submitted completed applications (including essays) to all three of their Top 3 schools on time.
  
• Your student received official denial letters from all three schools.
  

3. Proof Required

Refund requests must include:

• A screenshot or photo of the denial letter from each school.
  
• Each letter must clearly show:
  
  • The student’s name
    
  • The school’s name
    
  • The date of the school’s letter
    

4. Timing

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date on the final denial letter. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email your request to support@jeanius.com.
  
• Include the student’s full name, the Top 3 schools listed at registration, and copies/screenshots of all three denial letters.
  
• Once received, we’ll review your request and process eligible refunds within 30 days.
  

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if any of the following apply:

• The student did not finish his/her Jeanius process.
  
• The student did not complete or submit an application.
  
• The student missed a school’s application deadline.
  
• The student changed his/her Top 3 schools after registration.
  
• The denial letters provided are incomplete, altered, or not addressed to the student by name.
  
• The student withdrew their application before a decision was made.
  
• The student was accepted to even one of their Top 3 schools.
