Typically students take 4-6 weeks to complete the coaching process. Our coaching is designed to serve families and work on the timeline that helps the student write at his/her best. So we’ve found that about 4 weeks typically serves most students, but we’re flexible in our desire to serve students.
No. The essay will be 100% written by the student. Jeanius Coaches assist with important elements like developing your student’s unique voice, helping to choose the right topic, finalizing the perfect outline, and editing to ensure overall quality and clarity in the writing.
We encourage parents to be as involved as they think will be helpful. Every family is different, and you will know best whether your presence will be helpful or add stress to your child while they’re in the writing process.
Essay Coaching is focused on developing the Personal Statement Essay that can be submitted to each college where you choose to apply. Additionally, we can provide coaching for essays that answer specific prompts provided by a school for $197 per additional essay.
