Welcome to Jeanius! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the jeanius.com website (the “Site”) and the services we offer, including our essay coaching and assessment products (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Description of Services
Jeanius provides educational tools and services, including but not limited to, personalized essay coaching and online assessment products designed to assist users in their educational and career development.

To access certain features of our Services, such as the assessment product, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

By providing us with your mobile phone number and providing consent, you agree to receive promotional and transactional text (SMS) messages from Jeanius.
- Purpose: Messages may include promotional discounts, service updates, account credential delivery, and reminders related to our Services.
- Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message after unsubscribing. For help, reply “HELP”.
- Frequency: Message frequency will vary.
- Rates: “Message and data rates may apply.” You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

Jeanius does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive to provide valuable educational assistance, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as college admission or improved academic performance, as a result of using our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeanius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeanius, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
